Ecstatic dance is a gathering where we go on a journey through music. Together, we create a completely sober and safe space where we can move, whilst letting go of our fears and judgements. Whether you rest your body, or release your inner wild animal in a burst of energy – anyone is welcome. With regenerative food, drinks and connections, we invite you to join us on an adventure and regenerate your body, mind and soul.

REGENERΔTE Ecstatic Dance is going back inside to the Loft Studio Delft. The dance is is a celebration of autumn. We will bring to you music from DJ Sï, live artists, delicious drinks and food from our partners in Delft, and a cozy atmosphere to enjoy. Doors open from 15:00-15:30, the dance is from 16:00-18:00 and after that there will be time to connect, eat and hang out.
